Prime Parking Reservations
A limited number of Reserved Prime Parking spots for Vans & Box Trucks in Lot A are available.
Please refer to the map designating the location. RV's are not allowed and reservations are limited
to one space per exhibitor. Reservations are for 3 days for $150.00.
Grounds will be available starting at 3:00 pm Thursday 5/4/23
Reservations will open on April 5, 2023 @ 12 noon EST
All reservations must be made in advance through Eventbrite. Please make sure to print
out your ticket for day of arrival.
Parking is a privilege extended by the club(s) to its exhibitors. Failure to follow the instructions of
officials on duty will result in forfeiture of parking privileges without refund of fees paid and the
possibility of disciplinary action determined by the Event Committee. Parking is strictly at the
exhibitor's risk as the club(s) accept no responsibility for theft, damage or loss of personal property
or the loss of or injury to animals in the care of exhibitors at these events.
Fire lanes must be kept open at all times.
No Parking Spaces may be reserved by using Traffic Cones.
