& Reservations

Thursday 3:00 PM 5/4/23 until Sunday 8:00 PM 5/7/23

Notice

Overnight parking is a privilege extended by the club(s) to its exhibitors. Failure to follow the

instructions of officials on duty will result in forfeiture of parking privileges without refund of fees paid

and the possibility of disciplinary action determined by the Event Committee. Parking is strictly at

the exhibitor's risk as the club(s) accept no responsibility for theft, damage or loss of personal

property or the loss of or injury to animals in the care of exhibitors at these events.

•  As a courtesy, please do not operate generators between 11:00 P.M. and 6:00 A.M.
•  Fire lanes must be kept open at all times.
•  Overnight parking at these events is permitted at the fees provided below.
•  There will be NO water or electric hookups.
•  No electric lines can be laid across roads.
•  No Parking Spaces May Be Reserved By Using Traffic Cones.
•  Private Exercise Pens may be setup in the lot. Shavings must be used & cleaned up.

You will make a payment and be issued a ticket for your space at that time.

Lot A is Prime RV parking with a 3-day minimum  $180.00.

Lots B & C are standard $45.00 per night

Please make sure to print out your ticket for day of arrival.

Reservations will open April 5, 2023 @ 12 noon EST

All reservations must be made in advance through Eventbrite.
